Kikkan Randall was faced with a tough decision after being diagnosed with breast cancer just three months after achieving her lifelong goal of winning a gold medal for the U.S. cross-country ski team. She chose Seattle Reproductive Medicine for fertility preservation and was so happy with her treatment that she offered to tell her story. We shot two videos a year apart to follow her along her journey, where, spoiler alert: She kicked cancer's ass. Now, her frozen embryo (Lil' Frosty) is patiently waiting until the right time for her family to grow.
