Nicole Koestel is a Creative Director and Dot Connector who blends story, strategy, and soul to help brands and humans create from their truth.

With nearly two decades across global and independent agencies in Nashville, San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Tampa, and back home in Louisville, KY, she's built high-impact campaigns and digital ecosystems for brands that wanted to actually mean something to the humans they serve.

A natural dot-connector and culture-shaper, Nicole brings clarity, warmth, and sharp creative instincts to complex briefs. She flows between vision and detail, creativity and performance, gut and data — knowing which one needs to lead and when. Great work lives in that dance.

Known for her thoughtful leadership, radical vulnerability, and a hearty Southern guffaw that makes hard problems feel more solvable, she navigates organizations and projects with equal parts rigor and heart — always leaving the work stronger and the people celebrated.
