I am a dynamic creative leader who values authentic interactions and has a natural tendency to impact culture with my mindful leadership, radical candor, and Southern hearty guffaw. With 18 years of experience spanning locations like Nashville, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Berlin, New York, Seattle, and Tampa, I have honed my craft across a spectrum of global and independent agencies; delivering powerful conceptual omni-channel work for global TV ads, complex integrated campaigns, digital properties, content libraries, and both branded and social content.

I am passionate about three things: 1) Championing authenticity and emotional intelligence in the workplace to foster a culture of openness and vulnerability 2) Orchestrating experiences that resonate deeply with audiences at every touchpoint; and 3) Collaborating with brands that embrace their unique truth and contribute positively to the greater good .If I can be doing 2/3 most of the time, it’s a win.

Impacting culture comes natural to me and am an active member of any workplace beyond the ask. Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in creating and elevating integrated capabilities and have created various streamlined processes and resources to support change. My leadership is also expressed by the thoughtfulness and care I give to both people and projects. I'm always an adaptable team player, whether it’s delivering upon complex client demands, getting in the weeds, or motivating my team to push into new territories...I am a connector, a partner in creativity, and leader by example.

Outside of work, I love diving into consciousness and spiritual topics, mixed media arts, morning dance parties, eating pepperoncini peppers, and occasionally keeping plants alive.

I currently live in Louisville, KY and am open to traveling for work as needed.
